I recently purchased a cowhide rug from ebay. It's new and never been used. The hair is of a medium length, probably about 1 1/2 to 2 inches long. I'm noticing little white specks on the hair that I didn't notice before. So I'd like to know if it's lice, and if so what I can do about it.
Is it possible for my cowhide rug to have lice?
well...lice needs blood to survive, so unless your rug still has blood i think that it is unlikely for it to have lice.
