Anyway, yes that is a good flat iron. I have it and its is wonderful.

Susie on YouTube use a 1 inch one.

It shouldn't matter whether you use a 1 inch or a 1 1/2 inch since the heat is high. I would just get a 1 inch since it is more versatile in curling, straightening, and flipping.
