oh boy, im not really sure on long hair but i've had one once. Try washing it and while it's still in the kinky(if it's kinky) form and then leaving it alone, maybe shape it a little with a comb. If you have some parts of your that hang straight while you might have to roll them. Let it dry then that's it!
