I'm a hispanic 26 year old female with shoulder length black hair. I have an oval face and a medium complexion. I guess you could compare my skin color to a medium tan. What's a good color for highlights for my skin tone and should I layer my hair also? I want to keep the length. Thanks!

also get rich brown highlights with a bit of red
like auburn highlights NOT blonde- if ur highlights are really
different from the rest of ur hair it looks very tacky
