Gothic hairstyles for men?

Try not to recommend spikes, cuz I can't get my hair to stand. (I've tried seven kinds of gels , two kinds of waxes, and hairspray. none of them work...)

My hair is medium length. in the front, it's up to my nose, and in the back a little past halfway down my neck. My sides are below my ear.

if you want spikes with hair that long you are going to need a pomade, its thick and works. I wouldnt dye your hair because it wont look goth when its growing out it will look gay. Try side swept bangs in the front and jagged in the back. And if you do want to dye it, try only dying the tips in a funky color, or just one big chunk.

Why don't you grow the hairs in your nose and ears and sweep them up over your head? You would finally look like the total freak you want to be.

Try this, bend at the waist, holding your head upside-down. Spray some wax through your hair, running your hands through to ensure even coverage. Use a hairy dryer to make it dry, then stand up and mess it up good. You might want to try sugar water, also. Kool-Aid is good if you want color; just mix the powder into a paste with water. Adding some dark red streaks, or blue, if your hair is dark would be nice, too.

uh. . . well there are a lot of goth/emo/punk boys in my skool so here are some ways you can do for Your style.

1) maybe slick it. ( back or front )

2) make it long. some ppl even cover there eyes and noses'! im not saying NOT to do that style, i mean its just would feel weird ( i tried it when i was little. Just A Heads' Up! )

3) sort of just let it free, dont really comb it. if you think you look like an idiot ( lol ) then, you can comb the back but not the sides.

4) get layers and highlights. ( only a little, not trying to make you go broke here lol ) with layers, maybe have it between your forehead - nose. with highlights, probably have it short. Both, have your hair about to your eyes.

5) if you want to get the high lights. then here are the colors you should get.

With black hair: orangish/redish color.

With Blonde hair: DONT DYE IT! you will look messed up (no offence) but maybe a light brown highlights with a white-blonde highlights.

With Brown hair: black highlights.

6) if your hair is like down/past your neck, i remcomend you cut the back about like 3-5 inches, bc i think its a little to long.

pixie, leave some hair out in front of ur face for bangs, then tint it red. leave it at ur nose, that will look so awesome. but just a lil at ur nose like kinda slanted upward and tint the big bangs red

Why would you want to have a gothic hairstyle, all those hair products are terrible for your hair. Although I do know how you feel about not being able to spike your hair lol-if you wanna try again, try a mix of spiking glue, gel and wax, and then topped with hairspray, and you might like a friend to help you out =P

I like the way your hair sounds right now, don't ruin your hot Filipino hair lol.
