I'm thinking of changing my hair to a medium-length or short-length emo cut. Right now I have a little longer than shoulder length, thick, brown-ish blond hair. I am free for crazy colors.

listen my dear, it all depends on if you are a boy or a girl. but as of my opinion, i don't think you should do that cut at all! its ugly, unclassy, durty, oily looking, and i just think that a nice (long if that what u like) cut is way nicer and looks amazing with whatever you wear.
