how long is it gonna take?

at the moment it's just above halfway between my shoulders and elbow

so it's medium/long in length

what do oyu recommend to speed up the growth?

i get my hair trimmed every 6 weeks, but i can't not get it cut 'cos i have a block fringe (bangs) and it needs trimming.

i eat a healthy diet and drink water and take omega 3 fish oils daily

only wash ur hair every other day u can condition and get it wet every day though but use a damage control shampoo and conditioner so it will help then dead ends go off so ur hair will grow faster try getting a trim every 4-5 wks instead of 6.try drinking a whole lot more water. well good luck

Try washing your hair everyday. Use as little heat as possible and deep condition it as much as you can. It should be there and no time!

Are you referring to growing hair on your teeth???... just shave it every other day then let it grow for a month... you'll be OK...
